Omer Mohamed Gorashi is a Sudanese American designer and photographer whose work
explores architecture’s role in decolonial, imperial, and capitalist legacies.
Through spatial storytelling, he reconstructs contested landscapes using
cartography, remote sensing, and other modes of representation and media.
His work has been featured by Koozarch, e-flux, The National, The Architect’s
Newspaper, the Met Museum, and the Smithsonian Institution.
